The 704 Report is the data gathering tool used by the U.S. Department of Education
to determine the effectiveness of all federally funded Title VII, Part C Independent Living
Centers and Statewide Independent Living Councils. Completing the 704 Report can be
a daunting task indeed, but it doesn't have to be.
That's why IL NET has teamed up with the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA)
to offer two teleconferences and webcasts at NO COST for CIL and SILC representatives.
These trainings will provide answers to the most Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.'s)
posed by CILs and SILCs on completing the 704 Report.
With the New 704 Report, You May Be Wondering.
- What are the new performance measures and why are they required?
- How do we report services that can fit under more than one category?
- Are CIL's required to conduct I & R follow-up activities? If so, why?
All of these questions, plus many more will be answered during these FREE trainings. If you
have specific issues the training doesn't resolve, time will be allotted for RSA members to address
them for you!
