We are pleased to invite you to participate in this year’s Annual Conference: “Keeping Our Eyes on the Prize: Independence!” which will be held July 13-16, 2011, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC.  As we continue to protect the rights and advance opportunities for people with disabilities, we ask that you join us by playing an active role at the Conference as a sponsor, exhibitor or advertiser.

In keeping with our theme, we have devised new sponsorship categories that truly speak about who we are and what we do.  Sponsors can support NCIL and adopt the roles of Upstart, Catalyst, Activist, Mover and Shaker, and Revolutionary!  We’ve also added new opportunities to help you get your message out to the NCIL network. Please review the booklet at the link above and consider how you can best assist NCIL and how NCIL can best assist you.

You will also notice that the rates for exhibiting and advertising have gone up. We know you understand the challenges facing all nonprofits and for-profits alike, so we hope you can appreciate our need to increase fees. However, we are offering you the opportunity to exhibit and advertise at last year’s prices if you act quickly and return your completed application form by (extended deadline) May 6, 2011.
