Sothern California Rehabilitation Services, Inc. (SCRS) is seeking a well-qualified Vocational Program Manager.

ABOUT US: Southern California Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is a premier service provider of Independent Living Services and Employment Services in the Los Angeles Area.  The Vocational Program provides job development, job coaching and vocational related services to people with disabilities.

VOCATIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER(Full-Time-Benefited): Under the general supervision of the Southern California Rehabilitation Services, Inc. Executive Director, the Vocational Program Manager will work with the SCRS, Inc. Management Team to provide high quality Independent Living services through the vocational program and be responsible for managing the activities of the Employment Specialists, Job Coaches, and other vocational related positions.  The Vocational Program manager will oversee contract(s), monitoring services and activities to ensure compliance and consistency with Independent Living Philosophy.  

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Business Administration, Rehabilitation, Human Relations, Psychology or related field.     Five to Seven years of experience with employment development and/or related services.   Supervisory experience is required.  Knowledge of Independent Living Philosophy is desired.  

SALARY RANGE:  $50,000 – $60,000 DOE
