The Program Manager reports directly to the Program Director and is responsible for the Housing/Accessibility, I&R/Interpreter Services, Aging in Place, and Deaf Services programs.

S/He will supervise the Housing Counselors, Aging in Place Coordinator, FTRI Specialist, I&R Specialist, Education Specialist, Communication Specialist and ensure comprehensive staff orientation, training, and, development.

The Program Manager is responsible for oversight of program requirements and outcomes, and also program expansion.  S/He is responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of new programs.  S/He is responsible for the program responsibilities of the agency Strategic Plan.  S/He will be an active member of the Director Team.  S/He will adhere to CIL Standards and must be willing to work a non-traditional workweek including nights and weekends.
