Annual Conference: Every year, advocates from across the nation converge in Washington, D.C. to discuss emerging issues, network, and participate in the national Independent Living Movement. Members meet personally with national legislators and IL Leaders to enact change at the federal level. The week-long event is culminated in a March to and Rally at the United States Capitol!
Training and Technical Assistance: Year-round, NCIL provides training at the local and national levels on Independent Living issues of priority to the disability community, with deep discounts for our membership.
